Antique White Boards Create Rustic Backdrop
Fun in a Small Spot
One of my favourite history locations in Calgary is the old white barn located in Inglewood. For my longer sessions, I take my families on a walk further into Inglewood and take advantage of the brick walls and iron staircases, located a couple blocks away. But we always start at this interesting and weathered barn where we are guaranteed to have the place all to ourselves!
Son Logan did extremely well in this barn location. It’s not the biggest area but does give good variety to a quick family session and when needed, the big grassy area on the side of it is great for letting kids run out their energy.
I adored the attire that mom chose for this session – lots of navy, my absolute favourite colour! It was the perfect accent colour next to the plain white of the barn.
I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to photograph the Langmaid family again and I look forward to capturing more of their memories in the future.
