About our Themed Christmas Mini Sessions
These one of a kind themed mini sessions will be held at our studio space at Event Core and are perfect to have Christmas styled photos done in time to share with your family and friends this upcoming holiday season. For these sessions we will have two different sets for you to choose from and in 20 minutes we will capture 10 Christmas themed photos that will be provided as high resolution JPEGs for you to download 3 days after the session. We will also be offering 3 different Christmas card options that will be 5×7 in size and will come with envelopes. Orders for the cards will be places right after your session and will be drop shipped to your house the week following your session so you can mail them out in time for Christmas.

End to End – What to expect from your Christmas Mini Session

- We will send you an online contract that you will need to sign.
- Plan your families outfits for the session.
- MINI SESSION DAY: Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your session to ensure you are right ready to go when your time slot starts.
- MINI SESSION DAY: After your session order your Christmas Cards as they are only available the day of your session.
- 3 DAYS AFTER – After the session you will receive a link to an online gallery where you can download high resolution JPEGs of your images and order any additional prints you might want.
- THE FOLLOWING WEEK: If you ordered Christmas Cards you will receive a package in the mail with your cards.
The Enchanted Forest Mini Session Set
This year our new set is the Enchanted Forest. This beautiful set starts off with a light blue bokeh effect that is enhanced by subtle white snowflakes. At the base of the backdrop will be a white base board. In front we have 5 decorative white and green trees and white soft cozy blankets for your family to sit on. With this being the larger of our two sets it will be perfect for the full family shots.

The Rustic Teal Fireplace Mini Session Set
Our second set is our most popular from last season and is a rustic teal fireplace. This warm and cozy fireplace backdrop gives a real warm holiday feeling. With a blanket tucked at the foot of the back drop and a bunch of Christmas bobbles at it’s side, you will really feel like your sitting next to a roaring fire when you sit down on the fur rug. With this being our smaller set it will be perfect for those individual portraits of the family and will provide a nice diversity to your christmas photos.

Our 2016 Christmas Mini Session Cards
We have custom designed 3 different Christmas cards for these specially themed sessions. The cards will be $2 per card +GST and they will come in packs of 25. Each 25 pack of cards will also come with white envelopes for you to mail them out when they arrive. Once your mini session is completed if you would like to order cards you will select the image on our laptop that you want to have added to the card and we will order them that evening. We will also confirm your address as your cards will be ordered that evening and shipped directly to your home. Shipping usually takes 5 to 10 business days so you will receive your cards in the mail the week after your session. We will have a mobile register to accept credit card payments on site or you can send us an eMoney Transfer from your mobile phone.
