Capturing the Beauty of the Eritrean Culture
A Mini Session with a Cultural Flair
Telke and his Wife Smret Tesfu recently welcome their beautiful daughter Netalia into the world and wanted to take the opportunity to capture the family with her in a photo session. For this special moment we visited Elliston Park, which is located on the outskirts of SE Calgary along 17th ave. When Telke, his wife, the two boys and new daughter Netalia arrived they were all dressed in beautiful Eritrean clothing. Their carefully crafted garments were exquisite and added a brilliant touch to an already special moment.
Their boys Natan and Nebai were full of energy, like all little boys are, and mid session an intense leaf battle broke out in the freshly fallen autumn leaves. Smret Tesfu and Telke both posed with their new daughter and with their boys, before we captured some final shots of little Netalia lying in a softy packed basket.
It was a wonderful afternoon session and they were such a lovely family. We hope all of you enjoy this quick glimpse into their culture and family with the photos we captured.
